Anyone can report an issue with a medicine, vaccine, medical device, nutritional supplement, herbal medicine, cosmetic, blood or blood product to Safety Watch.

Safety Watch is run by the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA), which safeguards medical products quality, safety and efficacy in Zambia.

Reporting makes a big difference

Your report plays a key part in keeping others safe. Your experience can ensure that all healthcare products can continue their positive impact on peoples’ lives, by helping ZAMRA identify new safety issues as early as possible.
